Most smoked fishes are delicate and if not taken out early will crumble fast. The first abobi added gives and enhances taste and gets soft too due to long cooking. The rest is added so you can have that in between texture. Hope i helped. You can add salmon or shrimps too at the stage where she added the rest of the abobi🙂
