I am very excited to share one of my favorite Ghanaian delicacies it’s no other than the most loved by all Ghanaian okro/okra stew recipe. This is nutritious colorful and most definitely loved anytime its served by Kids and adults.
So please follow the step by step recipe and you will make the tastiest Ghanaian okro stew ever which can be enjoyed with all types of swallow favorite has to be banku.

Ingredients:
Vegetables:
1 and half kilos of fresh okra/ okro
4 fresh tomatoes
One habanero pepper/ 5 used for ganishing
3 big golden onions
4 red onions
A handful of mushrooms
400 grams of garden eggs / egg plants
Proteins:
2 kilos Mackerel fish
250 grams wele (cow-skin)
300 grams cowfoot
200 grams cow stomach
50grams of momone (cured salted fish)
70 grams of supaku (salted stock fish)
Natural spices;
A tablespoon of cloves
A tablespoon of cumin seeds
A tablespoon of aniseed
2 shrimp tablet
Salt to taste
Half tablespoon of bio carbonate soda
1 and half cup of palm oil (optional vegetable oil)
