How to Cook Fish in Parchment

Shelley, thanks for this video. I was looking for something interesting to do with some fish in the next couple of days. I've tried doing this in the past to less than successful results. The tips on buttering the parchment and crimping are awesome.

I aint got parshmen paper. Can I use newspaper?

If you use newspaper, you'll likely get ink from the paper on the fish, so we really recommend parchment paper. You can find it in any grocery store.

Can I use aluminum foil instead of parchment???

You can but the texture of the fish will be slightly different. If that's all that you have, give it a try!
