Is this doable with every type of rice? Especially, can I do this with Sushi rice aswell?

I know it works for sushi rice and short grain white rice, but it doesn't work for other kinds of rice (long grain, brown, jasmine, etc require different amounts of water and cooking time is different too.) Hope that helps!
