I’ve followed his club soda recipes and it comes out perfect. Couple tips - really mix the wet batter well until absolutely no clumps. When you put chicken into seasoned flour, make sure you pack it really well by squeezing the chicken. Then grab by the bottom of drum stick and shake vigorously to get excess flour off. Best of luck!
