My girlfriend was ready to leave me, saying I dont help out around the house. I dont know how to cook at all but I also didnt help her cook where I could learn. So with our future dimming, I took to youtube and found you. And last night I made the steak and shrimp and she loved it. Now Im not out the dog house but with your help, I can learn more recipes and cook atleast twice a week. THank you, you are the best.

Your method was the missing key I was struggling to figure out today. Failed twice before I saw this but seeing how you did it it all adds up and makes more sense. This evening before seeing your video I tried using the beef broth with the olive oil bad idea I didn't even have proper time to add the butter without a disaster happening. But when I saw you put the oil on the steak and the butter on the pan it made much more sense how to do the technique I been trying to figure out. Beef broth mixed with butter on the pan and olive oil on the steak then baste with the butter and beef broth combo. This video was extremely helpful thank you so much

Hi just tried this recipe. I did not have shrimp and unfortunately my deep freezer was accidentally unplugged 🤦🏾‍♀️ so I had to cook some scallops that I had inside I season them just like you did the shrimp and cook them for about three minutes and then followed your directions with the steak and it turned out great.
