Keto Cooking: Broccoli Turkey Alfredo Casserole Recipe
Servings
4 people
2 cups of raw broccoli
3 pounds of ground turkey meat 20 percent fat and 80 percent lean (use 1 1/2 pounds for this dish)
3 teaspoons of sea salt
3 teaspoons of black pepper
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
In a large pot, add water, broccoli, and sea salt. Allow the broccoli to cook for 8 minutes. Drain the broccoli and add ice to the broccoli to stop the cooking process. In a large skillet cook the ground turkey for 30 minutes. Drain off the fat from the turkey meat. Add the brocoli to the pan. Pour the alfredo sauce over the broccoli. Add a little water to the alfredo sauce jar. Pour over the Alfredo Broccoli casserole.
