Awesome first video! Welcome to KZbin :) Is there a reason you prefer "leftover" rice? Is it just saying it's convenient, or does it actually bring something good into the dish?

Hey! Thanks for the warm welcome! The benefit of using leftover rice - or more specifically, day old rice that's been sitting in the fridge - is that it's dry, which allows the rice to fry nicely! Still can't go wrong with fresh cooked rice, but the extra moisture might make the fried rice come out softer in texture than some might like.
