Sister, they cant say its "suitable for vegetarians" as it contains Milk thats all. Milk is not considered strictly vegetarian/vegan. I also emailed them to confirm this. Also a quick Google search on if Milk is vegetarian will also confirm this. However I would encourage you to do your own research and make your own mind. :-)
