I cannot thank you enough for this my favourite dish is naga bhuna but I thought you needed base gravy (been doing b.i.r for years but prefer more traditional methods plus making gravy is a pain in the arse) could you do pathia garlic chilli etc ..peace✌️
@fusioninspiredkitchen54374 жыл бұрын
Hi base gravy is a quick way of cooking curries that's y restaurants use it to quicken up the time. I prefer doing it the more traditional way as that gives it more flavour🙂 thank you for tuning in and happy cooking 👍

Loving the recipe, but most Naga chillies are way hotter than scotch bonnets, like even a Naga Morich the natural Naga from Bangladesh is roughly 1,000,000 sch a scotch bonnet from a supermarket will be lucky to hit 50,000 they are picked as soon as they have some colour they are not really ripe and therefore not very hot. Naga chillies and the newer varieties of them is what I do for a hobby, the best flavour chinense chilli out there. The same applies to most chillies people buy, commercially they are picked early for a bigger harvest, they haven’t really developed the heat and flavour when they are picked early, the time they take to ripen is longer than they take to get to full size, so they miss that stage out, there is no such thing as a ripe green chilli. It’s nearly December and my green house has a heater going full blast to let those green Nagas ripen up. A good decent brand of ‘off the shelf’ Naga pickle is Mr Naga, you can find it in most decent ‘Indian’ supermarkets or more expensively on Amazon, but it’s not as hot as when you let the chillies ripen and make your own…

Why do you call this Naga Chicken? Except the Naga chillies, everything else is Not Naga!!
@fusioninspiredkitchen54373 жыл бұрын
Hi sorry I don't understand, it has naga chillies that's y we call it naga chicken. Could you please explain what else should be naga? Thanks
@Mandy-zn3py3 жыл бұрын
@@fusioninspiredkitchen5437 You call it Naga chicken because of the naga chilly. M is talking about Naga cuisine from Nagaland, India. The Nagas also have their own Naga chicken made with local ingredients. I also came across your video when I was searching for a Naga chicken recipe and I was confused when I saw the yogurt 😀
