In this quick video, we cover how to clean out the big green egg, how to fill up the charcoal, how to get the fire started in the big green egg, and how to cook venison, pork, jalapeno, cheese sausages at 300 degrees. To clean out the Big Green Egg, we use the Snow Joe vacuum. Then we use our Rockwood charcoal and Rutland fire starters to get a nice bed of coals going. Finally, we cook the sausages to and internal temperature of 160 degrees and then slice them open for your viewing pleasure! We frequently throw sausages on the grill for a quick Sunday meal prep to use in breakfasts during the week! Slice these up and put them on your eggs and you will be a happy camper!
