Ingredients
Local smoked pork: 600 gm
Dry king chilli: 2 nos.
Fermented bamboo shoots
Cherry tomatoes: 11 nos.
Ginger: 1 inch
Cloves of garlic: 8 nos.
Salt: add as per your taste.
Beans: 7-8 nos.
Roasted chilli paste: 1 tablespoon
Water: 700 ml of hot water/add water and cook until pork is tender
