Very nice, i did this version well very close as i tired another recipe a while back. This came out lovely but i used coconut milk and coconut water instead of plain water. Added a single chilli which gave it a hint of heat with the sweetness. Thanks

I also love using coconut water in this as well! Anytime I have coconut water or juice available I'll use it since it helps tenderize the meat even more!
