We leave on stove lid on wait 45? Is that it or is there one more 45 because I saw the caption saying 30-45 mins twice in the video. And is the sugar absolutely necessary for it to keep in fridge? @foodbizph3 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry for the confusion. I was not able to explain in the video that once you add the tapioca pearls into boiling water, the boiling point automatically decreases. As we all know, this happens whenever we put something in boiling water. As it cools the water down to below the boiling point. As the heat is still on, the water soon starts to boil again. That is what I meant when I said "Bring it to a boil again" (big bubbles) in the video.🙂

I always Cook the pearls for like 25 min and then take it of the fire pit and let it rest for 30 min because it wil be much more chewy and coocked inside the pearls and then put it in the colander wash it with cold water or you can put it in ice water let it cool down for few min ur welcomeee

Hey , is it compulsory to add sugar in it ??
@foodbizph3 жыл бұрын
Hi.. Yes, sugar is a must to avoid the pearls from sticking to one another.🙂
