Tofu & Bok Choy
Here is a simple and delicious meal that can be ready in no time at all! The sauce and other flavours really compliment the natural and delicate flavours of the tofu and bok choy. Using just these two simple and natural ingredients, Nok uses the flavours of soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and brown sugar to create the perfect sauce for bringing to life the great flavour of her homemade tofu. Served on top of bok choy, this makes a perfect meal to be served with white rice. Enjoy this one, and you can experiment with different vegetables to create your own quick meal solutions!
• Cut the tofu into cubes
• Boil the tofu in water with salt, for 3 to 5 minutes
• Add oil to same water…preserve the colour of bok choy
• Boil for 3 minutes
• Make sauce
o Soy sauce
o Salt and sugar
o Black vinegar
o Dark soy sauce
