Served on top of bok choy, this makes a perfect meal to be served with white rice. Enjoy this one, and you can experiment with different vegetables to create your own quick meal solutions!
• Cut the tofu into cubes
• Boil the tofu in water with salt, for 3 to 5 minutes
• Add oil to same water…preserve the colour of bok choy
• Boil for 3 minutes
• Make sauce
o Soy sauce
o Salt and sugar
o Black vinegar
o Dark soy sauce

What does boiling the Tofu do for it ?? 🤷‍♀️

Hi! It is firm tofu, so cooking it tends to kind of soften it up so that it can better absorb the flavours of the sauce, etc. Thank you
