A world-class and VIP chef just warmed my heart this morning with this sumptuous, healthy and tasty “Ugu & Uziza soup!” Wow! I love West (African) green/vegetable dishes! This dish is filled with assorted meats, including beef cubes, Panla fish, cow skin, goat meat, snail, periwinkle and crayfish; palm oil, chopped red onions, and scotch bonnet pepper! To go with garri/fufu! This dish is fully loaded! The nice aroma from the Ogiri in this dish is a gift from God! Thank you!

Hi! What keeps me glued to your channel is your soothing voice and awesome recipes. Guess what, I was craving for Ugu soup and I also wanted a new pattern of cooking it. So I searched and this recipe was the first on the list. I tried it following every step aside using seasoning. Oh my God!! I'm glued here ma'am. I ain't cooking my Ugu soup any other way than this. It's a banga! Please take your flowers 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
