I made this stew tonight and I had some mixed feelings about what I made. The Okru didnt draw enough and my stew kept on drying out so I had to keep on adding watered stock to it. Plus I used fish instead of meat and the fish ended up scattering inside the stew. Even thou it was a type of fish that wasn't supposed to break up when cooked. I guess that's why they say, just stick to the recipe. 😂 I'm glad it taste nice though.

For the first time I wanted to make a delicious soup and it was okra. Then I followed your video rewinding severally until I produced a delicious pot of soup. Let me tell you Y I love your videos so far !! You are realistically cooking to consume ! Not for show . There’s certain tips you give E.g remove the seeds of the bell pepper , do not fret the crayfish powder for more than 30mins etc from experience . Love how detail this video is I would defiantly be trying it .
