Yeah definitely! It would be great on all kinds of dishes. Stews, soups etc

Excellent! I generally make my vegan cheese sauce using ground up cashews, but now I'm thinking if I used your recipe but with almond flour instead of regular wheat flour, maybe that would be a quicker and less noisy option 😆 A splash of soy sauce and a grind of nutmeg sound like brilliant additions! I would also add smoked paprika (because I basically add it to everything 😂) My mind is whirring now... thank you so much for not using commercially prepared vegan "cheese" which is too ultra processed for my liking 😝 I'll be giving this a try for sure!

Thanks! Oh yeah I do the cashew based one when I want to quickly. That could work although I don’t know if almonds will thicken it as well 🤔 Paprika is always a good addition, I like the sweet varieties. Hope you enjoy 😊

The best topping for a mac & cheese is... chutney (a sweet - sour sauce vs savoury'ness of the mac & cheese)
