How to cool down your bed in the Summer months...

With the Summer months approaching it is a great time to make some changes in the bed to cool it down a little.
Consider swapping out your warmer down comforter for a lighter version.
A down blanket is a great alternative for those that sleep hot.
Coverlets are a great top of the bed.
If you are sleeping with Sateen sheets consider swapping them out for some Percale sheets which tend to be cooler.

I sleep in linen bedding all year round mostly as my bedroom is usually quite stuffy. Fan on all night etc. I love my lovely linen fabrics so cozy and never gets hot or overheats 😊 I have a summer comforter but if I don’t want it I use a flat sheet at times I may try percale at some stage but I love my linen

Linen is a popular choice in warmer climates and it has better wicking properties. But typically 100% linen starts out on the course side. I sometimes takes a year to soften it up. Try sleeping downstairs heat rises up so if is hotter upstairs than downstairs
