I didn't start with droopy eyes but with a whole face routine so the face won't droop .10 minutes a day working out the muscles of my face has reversed the aging in me .hope you follow the program exactly which you need to study so the face won't plateau.the best of luck to you so you can the see the changes in your face ❤

My face is tone and lifted you can feel the muscles under the skin it is a great feeling!! I was sceptical at first but Peta is genuine I can't stress enough you have to follow the program do exactly what Peta says it takes about 6 months to see results be patient it wouldn't happen over night!! Watch the videos over and over so you get it right because if you don't get the exercises right you will get more wrinkles!! Help that helps!!

You don't say how many times a day you do these eye exercises for them to be effective. I have been doing the nose exercises for keeping a narrow nose for about three years now and they've worked pretty well. After having had cataract surgery, a month ago, I found that my left eyelid is somewhat droopy. So I'm hoping these eye exercises help me. Thank you!

Diese Frage die mir am Herzen liegt hat jetzt nichts damit zu tun wie so viele Fragen die sie geduldig immer wieder beantworten, hinsichtlich der Einhaltung ihres Programmes. Ich hab auch nicht vor das Programm zu ändern und möchte mich daran halten, da ich Ihnen vertraue. Ich will ihnen das glauben wenn sie sagen das noch mehr Falten entstehen können wenn man sich nicht an die Vorgaben hält. Damit meinen sie wahrscheinlich auch, wenn man eine ganze Routine auf einmal macht. Also gleich durchgehend von der Stirn zu den Augen usw. ? Wenn man aber auf KZbin schaut werden alle Gesichtsûbungen so gezeigt in einer Reihe durch mit so jeweils 20 bis 30 Wiederholungen. Hier ist aber ebenfalls ein gutes Resultat zu sehen und haben deswegen nicht mehr Falten bekommen. Wûrde das nur gerne verstehen.

Hi Blah Blah, the best thing to do is just keep following the program exactly. Malar bags are a very difficult thing to get rid of and your best bet outside surgery is facial exercises. If you commit to doing them consistently, over time you will see changes. ❤️

I've been doing the exercises for 5 or 7 years now. Sadly these no longer work for me. It seems to prevent from getting worse but not getting better. You can see in my videos I'm still holding up and look much younger than I am lol.There are just some things that cannot be avoided as we age. It was nice while it lasted but now I'm turning to the professionals.

Energy and light, I am sorry to hear this. There could be a number of reasons why this is happening. As we age, we need more than just facial exercises. This is why I have skincare products and LED Light masks as part of the entire program. I do understand, its not a perfect fix, and turning 60 in a few months from the date of this video, I get it. But having said that, its a very personal thing how we handle our aging and very personal thing the decisions we make. Thanks for sharing ♥️

Hello, my eyebrows and eyelids are drooping when I smile. Will this help? When I hold my eyebrow tail and smile it looks much better. Is it a muscle that's over reactive? You have to do the full face routines, you cannot do just one exercise, otherwise it could make things worse. I used to get compliments about my eyes but now I look kinda ... special and not attractive. How fo I fix this!!! I want to date again but I just get weird looks instead of being attractive like in my 20s.. ( in my 30s now ). I do eye and neck exercises

Hello, I am sorry you are going through this. If your eye is drooping, you have to be really careful about what you do with exercise and how much you do as it could make it worse. Have you been to a GP to find out what you can do and why it happened?

No Humera, you cannot change exercises or add exercises in any series. This exercise is in EAWMe Series 1, you would not do it again once you finish. It will make your eyes worse

Hi there, you cannot change the shape of your skeletal features through facial exercise. I do talk about this in many videos across my channel. Its like when you go to the gym, you cant exercise your legs or arms longer. The same is with your face. The muscles when exercise adapt to the natural shape of your face.

You need to do a full face routine first of all,and follow the program as Peta says!! When you do the eye exercise use you focus technique on both eyes but mostly on the side with the droopy eyelid.you need to do a pinpoint focus of the problematic side
