I have chronic eye pain since one day I was exposed to strong wind; I have been doing these exercises and one for the forehead for few days only and I am starting to feel better, I will continue doing them. Thank you very much for your channel! For the newbies or people with weakness I think you should start very gentle, these exercises are stronger than they seem.

Hi Peta. Thank you for all your work on letting us have your videos. I have now worked through series one and I can see a big difference in my face already. I can't manage 150 but did 3 weeks of 50 / 100 each. Roll on series 2. Massive thank you x

Well done Sandi. Give the 150 level a try, you will see amazing changes. When you get to level 3, and doing 150 reps, do 100, then stop, and do some fascia release around the muscle group you are exercising, and then finish off the 50. Do this for all the exercises in the level, and you will find that you will be able to do them as it relaxes the fascia and gives a broader range of movement for the muscles

HI Teresa, yes it is, but as I explained on the video, all of the exercises are to be used in the Exercise Along With Me routines, not just on their own. If you use it on its own, you will fatigue the muscle and cause more sagging and wrinkling.

Hi Megha, you cannot do these exercises on their own, you have to do them as part of the full face routines that I have created. If you do only one, and try to lift your face, instead you will cause more wrinkles because of the repetitions. You have to do it with other exercises

Thank you so much for this Mrs. Peta. I’ve had ptosis ever since I was born, it makes me look very bad. Thank you for the exercise, I’ll keep doing this. After 20 years with severe ptosis today Intact right now, I was searching a DIY to make an eyepatch so I wouldn’t have to show it, Luckily I came across this video, I’ve heard ptosis is incurable but I’m still giving the exercise a shot, could you explain more if this would work? Ashar, I am glad you found the video, but you have to do all of the full face routines, you cant just do one exercise otherwise your eyes will become more droopy.

I am a new subscriber and have learned the exercises for the series 1. I am on my 2nd week of series 1, and loving the subtle positive effects that I am seeing on my face😊. My question is after I am done with 6 weeks of series 1, do I need to take a break to properly learn the exercises for series 2? Or should I be learning those exercises now while I’m on series 1? HI Spring Fan, welcome to the channel and well done so far. Yes, when you finish level 3, take a week to learn the new exercises in the next series, dont worry about doing any reps just watch the videos and learn them, then, for 2 weeks, watch yourself in the mirror while you do them so you know you are doing them correctly, then when you get to level 2 & 3, try laying down doing all of the exercises. You will have so much more success doing it that way

Hello... how much does it cost to get a face analysis and for you to give us a routune with all of the uodates. Its hard to follow being that there is always a new and improved method. Also your skin has made a great transformation...is this due to the ultrasound machine?

Hi Cajun, I dont do face analysis sorry. All you need to do is follow the program as I laid out. It works for everyone. Also, I dont use ultrasound. All of my success is from following my face exercise program, using my skincare line, and using the devices I sell on my website.

Hi x11x I am a gym member and been with Peta for over 2 years, yes we need to continue with the program or our faces will return to what they were like before we started the program. We need to do a full face routine here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

Let me tell you now that face exercise does work I've done this a year now and you can really tell the difference peta is the best coach ever she will help you if you are having any trouble she cares for you and I join the gym and I love it we talk about what exercise we are having trouble with and peta helps us thr that and you can see all the progress that everyone is having you will not be disappointed you want to look younger come and join us and no peta does not know I'm saying this I just want to let you know it works hope to see some of you there

Hi Kosy, when you do any of facerobics exercises, you always do them together, you never do just one side. Just put your focus to the side you want to exercise more and this will activate your mind-body connection to work that side more

Hi louis, you need to follow all the exercises in all the routines, otherwise if you just do eye exercises you will cause more sagging around your eyes.

I do not understand the point of placing one's fingers around one's eyes if one is not supposed to push or pull. it seems that simply closing and squeezing, without applying fingers to one's face, does the same thing. What, exactly, am I missing?

Hi peta. I'm starting series 4 and you say that those exercises don't be any more in KZbin? I don't understand if in your channel they still free?? Or I have to pay to be a member and be able to lern the exercises.

Hi Lorena, yes you can learn the exercises and do them just as you would if you were following along with me, S4 & S5 exercises are in the playlists on the channel, learn them, then start the routine after you learn them, 50 reps 2 weeks, 100 reps 2 weeks and 150 reps 2 weeks, just as you would if you were following me on the videos. and then go to S6, do the same, and when you finish S6 after the 6 weeks, return to S1 and start again

Lorena they have always been on the youtube channel. They are just not in the same form as the EAWM S1-3. If you want that sort of video you need to join the gym. However, you can still do them as I described above from the channel. Go to the playlists, look for EAWMe S5 Official Play list and S6 Official playlist and learn the exercises from there and do the routines as I have described above. you dont need to go to any other site

Hi Peta.. I’ve been doing your exercises going level 6 but why my muscle under eyes around cheek bones still low how to fix.

Hi Cat, when doing facial exercise, it might not fix everything on your face, and under your eyes may only rejuvenate to a certain point. All you can do is keep cycling thru the series all the time, follow the program and you will see the best results that your body can give you
