Thank you for this, although it does not help me with mine. I have a faux wood blind with three cords, all three on the right side, two of them (I'll call them A and B) are tied together by double knot closer to the end, and the third cord (C) is hanging separately. I don't know if the knot was tied by the manufacturer or previous occupant of the premises. All three cords have a glass bead about one third down. Cords A and B seem to help raising and lowering the blind. Pulling on A will raise the blind from the left, pulling on B will raise the blind from the right. Pulling on cord C seems to release the blind so it drops down. I have not found any solution to tilt the blind so that it actually has some use (i.e. blocking the light). Any help would be very much appreciated.

+VirgoMagna Thank you for your message VirgoMagna and for all of the details you've been able to describe for your blind and the issues it is presenting. From your description, it sounds as though you are missing a string/wand/tool in order to control the open/closing mechanism for your blind. Is there a hook or another opening allowing for a 4th string? Do you know the name of the manufacturer of your blind as well?

This probably means a tool or string is missing. There is no name of the manufacturer anywhere unfortunately.

Thankyou My blinds look excactly like these and the tilt side is stuck..Do you have any info on this..i don't want to take it down in case I break it altogether the other side opens and closes but your saying don't do that when blinds closed...Help Anyone...? Thanks in advance...
