Great! Counter balance helps learn movement patterns but also increases load especially through the core.

Great video Tim! I’ve been wondering if there is any advantage of the squat on the toe rather than the heal? I feel like it helps mobility and warming up the ankle. Especially as a climber

Can help with specifics to climbing as you'll be using toes for grips and holds etc when on the wall / climb... but from a squat prospective the heal staying down helps to recruit more posterior chain (particularly glutes) where as when on the toes its more a quad dominant (anterior chain) movement - like in a sissy squat. Both valid just need to understand what you are trying to achieve - that make sense?

Doing these pretty easy, but the rear butt to thigh muscle feels tight, is that normal? It's just on my left, no pain or anything
