Thanks for the video, but I think your standing finishing mechanics only works for you tall guys. If uke is taller than you it's better to go for an arm in guillotine, get your shoulder way up on their spine between their shoulder blades then pull pinch and curl. Then hip in only after you have the grip locked. If you try it the way you demo on a gut 12" taller than you uke may be able to drive in grab a leg and get his legs underneath him and keep his head up and lift you up by your choking arm, and turn the corner for a takedown.
