another great way of filling it would be getting a portion of the ganache for the filling and whipping it up to incorporate lots of air so that the filling in between the layers would be thicker in height but lighter in texture and flavour 😍 i will still add the chopped chocolates 💓

I used up a whole bag of white candy melt n it never melted n started getting crust like so I stopped n added cream then it melted. Heard you mention don't use too much

So the reason that most likely happened was because your chocolate seized up from getting too hot. It's better to heat it in short spurts if you're doing it in the microwave. Also, I don't recommend using candy melts for ganache as it's technically not 'real chocolate'. I generally use candy melts for drips or dipping things :)

You can do it! Is it anything specific that doesn't work out? Ganache is SUPER forgiving. Way more forgiving than buttercream in terms of covering a cake smoothly if that inspires you at all haha :)

I want to open a bakery on demand however here in IL you can not bake ot do anything in the food area. None! Indiana yes bug I am not moving over the state line. So I was like well, I will get a food truck then they can not say a damn thing. They do not have any guidelines for that either. Next option. Find a building that can be used as such. I found one but the realiter lied. The building sold two months ago.
