CTR (click through rate) is basically the the the ratio of clicks as per the impressions suppose our ad is appeared 100 times and 10 people's clicked on our ad then the CTR would come 10 and the CPC (cost per click)is basically the cost which advertisers has to pay to per click of the user on his ad if CTR will increased then the CPC would unfortunately decreased which would be beneficial for the advertiser

CTR- It stands for 'Click Through Rate'. it defined as how much clicks u get for n.o of impressions. if your CTR is high then obviously your content is good and you are getting more n,o of clicks. CPC- It stands for 'Cost Per Click'. It defined as for 1 click the amount you pay to Google. so the answer is CTR is directly proportional to CPC. If CTR increases then obviously u get more clicks and your CPC will ultimately increase.
