You can’t go to the campus in your final year and expect top talents to rush for you because you are providing a good salary or good skills to learn. We suggest that companies ( that are serious about top talents ) go after the students from 2nd year and provide internships/fellowships where the students will work on the company projects. If they don't know the exact skills, or if they need a mentor, we will provide them. First, we will filter out top talents using a high standard of testing in crackingitjobs.com. We will take your jobs/company profile to all the colleges and Universities through the portal. We will tell the good thing about your company to the aspiring students in all the Engineering colleges- good salary, excellent skill sets they can learn, top US mentorship, accelerated salary growth, etc. We want 1000+ students to apply for IT Engineers in your company. If 1000 students apply, our test will shortlist 10/20 students via a series of online aptitude tests that comprise Data Structure, Algorithm, Aptitude, English communication, etc.
After you select them for your company and if your company IT team has the bandwidth to mentor them, you can hire them as an intern (part-time in school days and full-time in summer) directly, You can also hire them as interns through us, in which case we will provide mentor in the area of full stack developer, mobile app development, AWS cloud skill, DevOps skills, data preparation, and AI/ML areas. They should be given a project by your team and our mentor will ensure its completion and the growth of the interns.
