Thankyou so much for this, very helpful. But looking at the diversity in merely these 4 I lost a lot of confidence. I have average acads n getting a BCOM I was so invested in meeting the financial needs of my family's livelihood that I only focused on my job only, on extra curriculars. Got my first promotion at 20 and kept working. i have experience in similar roles, I am a corporate trainer and I specialize in sales, real estate and leadership. I have total work ex of 6 years where 3 years and post grad. I though my profile was something that would suit ISB, but now I am realizing that I should give up on the GMAT goal n just focus on CAT because I don't think I will be able crack ISB with profiles like yourselves

Hey, don't give up your dream! If GMAT & an MBA is something you really desire then give it a shot, I'll suggest! If not ISB, you could apply to SP Jain as well in India (who intake students through GMAT). Another way to go could be working on your profile now onwards and preparing to apply in the next year's intake. Hope it works out for you! :)
