The classical way is to chaos or fossil spam, then annul to the prefix, then prefixes cannot be changed, then scour to magic. Then you can imprint, or craft cannot roll attack then imprint.

you can't use alterations on simplex/focused amulets because as they don't have like 1 prefix and 1 suffix accordingly game think those suffixes prefixes don't exist so alteration can't apply. Only way is to chaos/essence spam and annul/veiled after

About the reflective mist, you said the only success outcome was +4 all gems and + 4 whatever else gem and -4 charge, but the inverse is also true... A -4 all gems and -4 whatever else gem you have and a +4 charge is 100% success too, cause you'll also get the mirrored copy... Reflecting mist always gives you two items, so a win is a win ofc, but what looks like a total 100% loss is also a win :) the only loss scenario is if one of the gem rolls goes up and the other goes down... Well.... i guess if the +all (or minus all, because of the mirrored of the shown copy) can still be used by any build that doesn't use any of the gems that had the - gem tag...

The first craft seems like something you could get done cheaper with recombinators. Getting two prefixes together is pretty simple with those. Unless they're considered exclusive mods and can't be combined?

20:24 if you regal got suffixes, you can use prefixes cant be change + Orb of Scouring. Focused/Simplex Amulet can not use alteration.

I tried multiple ways but couldnt get 1 that 100% guaranteed life on prefixes. It tried prefixes cant be change, harvest reforge life and harvest remove and add and both hit life occasionally but also hit phys damage leeched as life quite often.
