This was a good tutorial, but I’m needing to create an 8 digit sku system. I don’t see option anywhere on Rollo to create a labeling sequence. I need for example starting at 00000001, 00000002…. And so on :(

When I go to printing preferences under Rolo I do not get the same printing preferences. I just get layout and paper/quality. ?

I have 4x2 labels. I have tried to switch my custom size in printer preferences. When I hit print it feeds the paper, but it doesn't print anything

You may have the labels upside down. Or your labels are not Direct Thermal Labels. They may be Direct Transfer Labels which are not compatible with the printer
