Thank you, your video today helped me with the confidence I needed to start my own business. I paint and sometimes I get overwhelmed, and I keep a pen and notebook handy, i write my emotions, even the conversations I have with people that had impacted me throughout the day, scribble, doodle and even write/draw on my hand, go for walks in nature, play with my dogs, and sometimes just sleep all day. And the very act brings me back to my inner playful child and I find my balance. It is indeed a new beginning
