I don't pass copy the pic and the words together. I do shape fill for the Pic and copy past for the words. Hope that helped

How did you make the photo into a circular shape already?

after you add the circle click on shape fill, choose picture and choose the desired pic from the files on your computer (1:14 time stamp)

I think it's 30 lb paper. It's heavier than regular paper but not quite cardcstock. Like matte photo paper

I print the same way you would any other word document and cut it out with a 3in circle punch.
