This is awesome can you please tell me what version you are using? I have Microsoft and Mine looks a lot different and cant seem to find some of the tools you are using. thanks for the great video, after trying the above and printing, the blue part on top left border and bottom right border cuts off during printing, anyway to fix that, the top and bottom doesnt cut off, only the left and right borders but off, thanks

Trying grouping all the shapes together. If not, it's difficult to say as it may be the way your printer is set up. Borderless printing, margins etc :)

But there is one thing i wanted to add is if the text is longer and does not fit in to one document possible to create one which automatically continues as it is to next document? Just that to avoid using same template for page 2. I would also add footer instead of address telnr etc on the page corner, which obviously automatically continues to next page.

Word for Mac. Once you have inserted a photo, shape, text box another tab will appear at the top of the ribbons (shape format, picture format) Click on this link and at the far right there will be an icon call FORMAT PANE. Alternatively you can double click on your shape, image or text box and it will appear :)
