I liked the perspective of creating the content with the viewer’s journey in mind. Doing it chronologically means you know what you have covered so far and can reference it as opposed to assuming you will talk about specific material later and potentially leaving it out. As for having your face in the videos, I find facial expressions can help emphasize important parts of the material.
