You also need to setup email authentication (SPF, dkim and dmarc) otherwise most off your outgoings emails will get flagged as spam. This is now a requirement for the big providers like Microsoft, Google, yahoo etc.

I have been doing this for 7 years or so. However, you forgot to mention that there can be delays of up to 45 minutes to receive emails unless you go to manually fetch it yourself, which is not ideal.

i checked the web host during this video and the delay is about 1-3 minutes. I did mention this in the video

​@@darrelwilson No, this is completely untrue! Gmail determines when to check email based on previous mail activity. I have accounts that aren't checked for hours. A much better solution than what's suggested in this video is to set up mail forwarding. Then you set up Gmail as "Send as".

Thanks for tutorial. I have created and set up my email with Gmail, but also linked it to Zoho. Now My emails are received in Zoho, but not in Gmail. How can I make sure I receive emails both in Gmail and Zoho? (However I am able to send emails through Gmail, but can't receive.)

Hey! Thanks for watching! you'll need to adjust your email forwarding or configure your email server to allow dual delivery. In your email hosting settings (where your domain email is managed), set up forwarding to both Gmail and Zoho or use the POP/IMAP settings to fetch emails in Gmail while keeping them on Zoho. So i explained in the video you need to own the domain in order to create the business email. Once you own the domain, you can create up to 100 free business emails with this domain that you purchase. You need to pay for the domain, but the business emails are free
