I just spent the last 5 days setting up my store on Square, even received my debit card today. I set down today to order inventory and get the ads out to accept pre-orders when I received a message saying Square had shut me down. Disabled my ability to receive funds until they "learned more about my business". I have heard so much f'uped stuff about them doing this to people. My account is only 5 days old, really. and on a launched deadline before Christmas, I panicked and i came across your video and now I feel like i can proceed as plan. Thank you for your video. I had resisted doing Stripe payment links since I’d have to do a listing at a time not knowing in Stripes dashboard you can add another listing after the first listing. It’s almost like a shopping cart feature. I have been researching image galleries to use with Stripe which I know now is completely unnecessary.

I have a QUESTION!! On my website, I have two plans. Each plan has an extra paid option (optional) to choose for extra services. For example, one plan is SEO for a website at $500, and there is an optional option to choose 7 SEO-friendly articles at $200. If a customer chooses this plan and also selects this optional option, they will pay $700. How can I use this form to make them pay $700 or $500 automatically if they select optional services or not? Will they have to choose these options again when they land on this landing page?

Hey! I would create a separate payment link for your different packages and create a landing page that distinguishes each plan/package, then link to the different payment links.

A very clear video. I sell images on my own website. If the customer needs to download the JPG hi-resolution file, I want to redirect him to a Stripe landing page where he can pay with a Credit Card. I have created a landing page with an item called "Digital Download" with a fixed price no matter the quantity, say 100 each, for example. How do I pass the quantity to the landing page to achieve something like 5 x 100 Total 500?

Thanks. That's a good question. It's quite complicated to connect Stripe and the landing page unless you leverage an already integrated platform.

The payment link support adjusting quantity in the payment page. Just state (on the landing frame), under the button, that *Quantity can be adjusted during checkout. If you want customers to be able to choose quantity on the landing frame and then pass it to the payment link however, you need to integrate the API so it creates the payment link when you press "buy now" and passes the quantity to it (more complicated)

Thanks for the video. How would u implement a Landing Page with Stripe where Annual payments are discounted as opposed to monthly payments? In the case of this video, I assume if the customer chooses 12 month, Stripe would just multiply the monthly rate by 12 which won't have the disocunt. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks. You would have to create two different payment types and link the two different pricing options to the specific payment page.

You said that one only pays 2.9% + 30 cents per successful transaction. Are these the only fees? Can we than freely withdraw money to our company's local bank account free of charge (except maybe for the arriving fee of our bank of course)? Does Stripe automatically forward the money (minus 2.9% and minus 30c) after each successful transaction or there is a waiting period or the number of withdrawals (to our local bank account) is limited per day or month? Does Stripe issue an invoice for its fee? Thanks. Great video, great help for very easy understanding of a complex process.

Ultimately I am being a bit lazy if I'm honest and trying to avoid creating additional automations within a CRM because this is a one-off event that we're selling tickets for and If I can include a 'We're so happy to have you! Here's a summary of the event details, link to add to calendar and your receipt all in one email... that would be less steps and less emails for attendees

Question: If I sell 4 different digital products for download, is there a way my payment page could have all my products BUT in the payment page with different prices where customers can choose which product they want to purchase for download? And is there a way I can have my download link be active only for a limited time only and have it automatically deactivated for that customer after they download product? Thanks.

I’ve an issue with stripe. Whenever customers make payments, it shows success and they receive payment confirmation but it isn’t charged from their card. Great question. In the confirmation page you can add a link that takes people to the place to download the product. This could be a Google Drive folder or something of the sort.

Stripe doesn't allow you to automatically add a download now button on your confirm page. you can add a link that is clickable - even tho they don't tell you this is possible in that text box. it is as Stewart mentioned. If you send them to google - users can easily share that link without you collecting info. thus, losing your leads. This is one thing that is missing in their UX. They are a little late on doing these things.... ideally use another software program that can provide all these things you need to make sure you don't lose leads and protect your work and your product. If you set up recurring then automatically payments will be captured. We have a tutorial specifically for setting up recurring payments.
