Hi Sam, I found you a couple of days ago and set it up like you said in one of your previous videos, same structure as shown here. Honestly, you’re my Superman-our ROAS increased from 1.8 to 5.1 within 3 days. Additionally, our conversion rate went up from 1.5% to 3.5% and then to 4%. I have even increased our prices, and AOV jumped up from €68 net to €97 net. Thanks so much, man! I watched like 1000 videos and I was going crazy. But this helped me so much! I have been doing e-commerce for several years and have a high understanding of conversion rate optimization and process optimization. But because of our bad performance in the last few months, I was losing trust in myself and tried too many things out, burning tons of money. It was like a vicious cycle. Best greetings from Germany!!

Do you have a video for recommendations when it comes to the engaged/existing audience settings in ASC’s?
@henryhyunseunghwang4755Ай бұрын
@Sam Piliero . thank you for the great video! I have a few questions. I'm applying your strategy to a new brand (1 SKU Brand) with a daily budget of $1,500. I've allocated $900 for a Prospecting Campaign and $600 for ASC. In the Prospecting campaign, I have 2 ad sets with 12 different video ads, and in the ASC, I’ve set up 3 winning videos. This campaign has been running for 3 days across 6 English-speaking countries, and it's currently in the learning phase. The current ROAS is around 1.0, but generally, will performance improve as I continue the learning phase and add more creatives? Or should I already start improving the creatives early in the learning phase? I would appreciate some insights or advice based on general experiences.
@SamPiliero24 күн бұрын
1. Make more iterations of your best creatives ASAP. If your winners are proven (statistically) then make them asap. 2. Dont touch too much, ROAS likely will improve if you are only a few days in.

How would you go about a new account with Products that are very niche? And do you scale the interests just in the testing campaign? Thanks for the content looking to transfer over to this strat.
@SamPiliero2 ай бұрын
Same way. Let FB find your audience and understand it may take a bit longer if you are super niche.

@@SamPilieroBro you‘re fast, thanks for the response🙏 Yeah maybe I‘m just limited, is meta that good that they can find my audience even tho i go fully broad?

Possible campaign setup error? Hi Sam, interesting structure... quick question... at 9:43 in your video you say to include the "interest adset" in the Prospecting CBO campaign, but when you show the spreadsheet at the end it looks like it's listed as a separate campaign.... which one is correct? Thanks in advance, this is an interesting structure to test.
@SamPiliero10 күн бұрын
Hey it depends. I am actually breaking down 2 strategies, the spreadsheet at the end is the end goal to have a top 20% campaign and bottom 80%. To start I would recommend keeping the interest in the prospecting cbo.
@Maxtunes25903 ай бұрын
Other media buyers say that testing in CBO doesn't give you a full picture of every creative performance, because the money is going to allocate in certain pieces and not distribute on every creative. I don't know what to think, the opinions are divided

Hi Sam, thank you for this. Very helpful. When graduating the top 10% to ASC why do you duplicate them? Arent you losing the social proof doing this? Isn't it more beneficial to copy each one manually with ad id to bring the social proof to the ASC campaign?
@SamPiliero3 ай бұрын
ASC campaigns when duplicated hold all of the social proof. if you are not seeing this then you can use the post ID. The main issue with post ID is that a variety of creative formats have different post IDs now

Hi Sam, what are your thoughts on cost caps for the prospecting campaign. Would that limit the spending even further so that Facebook would only spend if it thinks it can get you conversions at a certain CPA or is that too limiting for a campaign that is meant for testing?
@SamPiliero10 күн бұрын
love cost caps but only after you are spending 30k+ a month and consistently maintaining spend and roas for a few months.

Hi, how many ad sets (broad packs) should I launch in one go? If i have 200 creatives, can i launch about 50 packs or will it stretch the budget too thin?
@SamPilieroАй бұрын
If you actually have 200 unique creatives you are going to need ALOT of budget to support that. Aim to launch with 5-8 creatives in 1 pack then whatever works the best, create similar content and launch in new packs.

How does this work if you have multiple services you need to advertise? Don't i risk service A and B getting 0 (low amount) leads when service C is "overperforming"?
@SamPiliero10 күн бұрын
Of course you do. No business sells equally the same amount of items or services. If you need demand to be the same then you need to break out different campaigns but that will not get you the best results
@jacobkenneally7512Ай бұрын
Is there a benchmark CPC we should be getting? We have a $1.5-$2 CPC, CPM around $30 and CTR around 1.6%. we think the ads might be our bottleneck because if we got our CPC to $1 we'd be golden. Is that reasonable for a campaign going for sales?

I currently run ads for an e-commerce company. The products are very location specific. This means you need to have gone to this place to be interested in buying it. (I also don't have everything location in the world) Therfore, I use catalog sales and let FB decide. This has been profitable. However, I feel very limited as far as how much I am reaching. How would you apply this method to my store?
