I'm trying to send a mail merge that has multiple email addresses? I understand how to do it for 1 email per cell, but not for multiple emails in one cell. Do you have a video to show that?

Did you solve this yet? Sometimes, I copy data from Excel into Word. For me, far easier to edit I would search and replace the line feed character with paragraph.

Hi Sharon, I run a firm of accountants in the UK. I want to use your method to send 88 monthly invoices to my clients. It looks just what I need. However, may I ask if the invoices sent this way will be received in Word format? If so, won’t the recipients be able to amend them? That would be a problem. I want the invoices to be unalterable. Dear Microsoft : it’s very rare that each consignnee nowdays has only one single row of item to communicate with , sadly despite multiple searches in youtube and other resources how to pivot / Merge all supplier’s data in one email instead of multiple ones , it seems that this feature does not exist , in addition to that how often in business we send an Email to one recipient without any CC or whatsoever , i don’t want to send 100 Email to a supplier for their 100 overdue Invoices and do it again to another recipient within the same supplier.
