I got a ton of keywords related with my activity which bring no conversions at all. Just a few of them are generating all my conversions. What to do then with all those kwds with no conversion ? Would you recommend to pause or put them as negative even if they are related ? Many thanks ...

I would start by stopping targeting them and if you find that doesn't help, you can add some of them in as negative keywords - you want to be selective when doing that though.

Thanks for the video. Why the term "near me" in your keyword is a good thing? If I want to look for something that is near me and end up finding out they are not then I just leave the site and keep on searching. This would be a click paid for no conversion.

You would only want to do that if you are only advertising in a local area. If you are actually near the prospect then it's great.

Hi Ben! I am running ads for a hardwood floor cleaning company. However, I am finding a lot of people searching for cleaning services coming up for my ads...which means people looking for house cleaning my ads are coming up and its not supposed to since I am only for wood floors. What is the best approach to stop this?

I’d first start by changing keyword match types to get more specific. Otherwise building up the negative keyword list is the way to go.

If I am trying to eliminate the the word "cost" because we showed up for cost of hardwood floor refinishing is it better to do the negative keyword cost as a broad match or type hardwood floor refinishing cost as an exact phrase negative keyword?

Good question - you want to add that in as a negative keyword. You may also want to use phrase match on the main keyword but that does depend on what other terms are coming through that you don't want.
