The roads are just flat planes with video for textures, and the buildings aren't PBR. Great for distance shots, not great for close ups. Be aware of these limitations.

This is against the TOS fyi. KZbin has a policy against misleading text. You can probably fix this with a simple text edit, but you should be careful going forward especially when admitting its deliberately misleading.
