How to create a project S-curve in Smartsheet

If you want to be able to show planned and actual progress over time on your project, you'll most likely want to show what's commonly known as an S-curve.
While this isn't part of the standard functionality within Smartsheet, you can build it in to your solution, which is what I cover in this video.

The automation for "Copy top row to archive", also copied the sub-tasks. I tried the automation it also copied the children rows under parent row, the condition doesn't work unless the row has no subtasks (children)

Hi che - you need to add a condition to it so it only takes the parent row. For all my plans with hierarchy I add a column called Level and so can tell the automation to only copy rows that have Level 0, for example

@@Smartsheetexpert already did this. added condition in automation still same result all subtasks under parent row also copied even though their level is 0 not 1. Parenr row level is 1.
