Is there a minimum amount that you must have to transfer out of the wallet? I am trying to transfer my balance out to an exchange, and it’s telling me I have insufficient funds.

There have been some talking about trouble with xeggex api - but i think they are working on some solutions. Maybe they what bigger amounts in transfer to overcome the needs at the moment.
