Blender wasn't meant to be a game engine (and isnt), I know you are probably aware of this, but this means they have HUGE differences.

How many GPU memory for one frame with a 6gb 1660ti ? I'll stick to a little 20x20 (meters here), less than a minute for 4096 samples png or 4hrs for an animation with 250 frames at least. 😅 I need to work even if it's rendering in background but you're never safe with blender and my i7 860 CPU. If anyone has some tips for "faster" rendering time just drop it down here, appreciate it 😊

Optimize assets using proxies as best as you can, limit asset view scope from camera angle only, and make sure you're using instances also for duplicate elements alongside crop region for render to only calculate elements inside of the camera shot. You could also render out elements as layer passes and then later composite them back together to reduce the loading on your PC. Beyond optimization techniques it is still going to be hardware limited if you keep pushing your scenes to have these ultra dense environments, so lag is unavoidable if you go that far.
