How to create a SAW account

Learn how to create a SAW (Secure Access Washington) account. Keep in mind, this is a personal account. We encourage you to make a SAW account if you will be dealing with an Excise tax or License account. The SAW user ID and password will allow you access the online portals of multiple state agencies including the Department of Licensing (DOL), The Employment Security Department (ESD) and the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I).
