The timing of this video is absolutely perfect for where I am in business and life right now. I’m not even half way through watching and have 5 pages of notes 📝 and realize I need to totally rethink and reinvent myself and create a whole new business focused around what I love to do and my unique ability 🎯. You’ve encouraged and inspired me in such a way that I can finally see me getting a vision for my life. Thank you!

This is so accurate! There is definitely a learning curve involved in team building. Manpower is the greatest aspect in running our business without us. In less than a year, we're already able to go on month-long trips while keeping the business going. Thanks to our general manager! I have a cookie shop in my college town. When I started it, I was living in my car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I just graduated college as well. I started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night (and before that for a week in my house). I was living in my car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (and a second soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams. I am definitely not where I want to take this to just yet, because our second location is under construction now! And it's leading to achieving even bigger things!

That's an incredible accomplishment, Cass! The primary motivation for entrepreneurs is freedom. Freedom of time, money, relationship and purpose. If you focus on expanding these freedoms your decisions, actions, and communication become clearer; and you experience continual growth. Keep up the great work!

Dan Sullivan has given a brilliant presentation on the essence of a self-managing company. Dan 's insightful framework gives you a practical and existential guide to create change. Dan has replaced Peter Drucker's management style with a new medium of coaching. The medium is the message brings business into the 21st century. I enjoyed and learned from one of the great coaches of all times.

Hi Anne, Thank you for commenting on our video. Having a Self-Managing company involves a few different elements. Finding the right "Who" to help you achieve your goals, making 10x jumps, and understanding how you're measuring success. We have a Transformation Trilogy that may provide you with more considerations. private.strategiccoach.com/store/products/521

How could one , start up with no money but have a cause that has potential to be very successful but lack the awareness of how to get started.

It's all about collaboration! If you have a great idea, but lack the business savvy to get started, team up with someone who does. The best collaborations are between people who each bring something unique to the table. Then, the most important thing is to test your idea on check writers. It's only a valuable idea if others are willing to pay you for it.
