My supplier in China explicitly refused to send to Amazon directly. 1) Is there a reason they wouldn’t want to do it? 2) how to circumvent this? Hi Dan, I am getting nervous as I believe the old shipping plan workflow disappears at the end of the month. I found this video and it’s a life saver thank you! As always clear and concise explanations:) I much prefer the Case Plan as I have oversized products, one per box. Question, am I using the right labels in this situation? I have a warehouse in USA so goods get shipped to FBA from Orlando. We attach our SKU labels (manufactures' SKU's) onto each large box (so no cartons). We then create a pallet by putting the same size box (same SKU) onto pallets, example 12 boxes, and shrink wrap the pallet for LTL Shipping. We then attached just one carton label / box label showing the single SKU to one side of the pallet tower and 4 x Pallet Labels, one per side on each pallet tower. Is this correct for oversized products on the new system? Much appreciate any input you have, thank you!!

One question, at 26:19, you mention it is very important to add a brightly colored single-SKU label for single-SKU pallets, as indicated by Amazon underneath the "What's Next?" Tab. However, I am unclear as to how many additional brightly colored single-SKU labels will need to be added to the single-SKU pallets. Is it 1/pallet, or 1/side, like the pallet labels (in this case, 8 total - 1/ lateral side of the pallets)? Please clarify. Many thanks!

Wow. that was great. Had so many questions and many answered. I have two remaining questions. 1. If you manufacturer is quoting FOB will the pick up address still be his factory? 2.) If i am sending a pallet then can i plastic wrap the contents of the pallet? Just to confirm I apply the 4 pallet labels to each side of the pallet and then the FNSKU label (which is on each of my product packaging) on one of the sides?tx

This is such an easy-to-follow video thank you. I have a problem where the supplier put an incorrect weight on the cartons that were shipped to my home address. Do I follow the incorrect weight on the cartons when completing the shipping details or do I correct it, which would create a discrepancy between, information on the carton and the printed documents. Any suggestions??
