Fine, I'll pay you 1,800 dollars for this software and rhinoceros for the following reasons. Topological forms are insanely hard to calibrate. Grid reticles are generated instantly over surface with torsion and curvature. That alone makes the software valuable. Coordination of the mechanical and electrical systems on a model with a high level of completeness allows analysis of energy consumption, space usage, climatic response and costs values per element instantly. The designer consumes the budget the second he starts drawing. He can make informed decisions. This can be generalized to video games, simulation and concept testing with realistic elements. Designers architects and engineers can test three solutions and begin optimization of budget on the get go.
