Such a great method! I usually have issues with my tape coming up and not sticking. Going to be tacking my tape down like you just did

What is the size of the glass cylinder and where did you purchase it?

Amy, do you have any experience with refreshing the water in the clear vase with clear tape grid? I find that after designing and transport the water needs to be refreshed on site for an event so I've not used a tape grid fearing the dumping of water through it will compromise it. Would love to find a way to make it work so I don't have to stuff so many stems in there rather than use tape. Thanks for all your helpful videos!

Hi Melissa, thanks for your questions and thanks for watching! There are a few ways to handle this: 1) the grid acts a placeholder for the first initial 5-10 stem insertions so you could take a floral knife and gently cut around the edge of the vase, releasing the tape and the arrangement would pop out and the water could be changed. The other option is to gently make a space and run water inside until it runs clear. You can turn the water up high and the pressure helps push out any debris. I think the first option though is most effective if you use the grid method!
