regarding the fitness test: are all those parameters tested in one workout in one day? or are those completed in separate days? that would be interesting for me to know. thanks for all the tips for HYROX!

This video is the 💣. Thanks Hunter! It made so much sense and I think it will massively help me (a strong runner) train better for HYROX if not in time for Birmingham, UK in October and London in November then keeping it in mind for next season (I can only do two events a season because of having kids etc).

For the open you don’t need to be that strong, just have a bit of strength and muscular endurance; it’s predominantly a running race 🤙🏻

This is a great breakdown thank you! What if you are 2 months out should you do the 70/30 weakness strength for 1 month then do 50/50 for the last month?
