Instead of making it in different sheets, it is better to make it in a sheet with a datewise single data table. You can also add the actual alongside. Make it dynamic for the number of pax and data validation for those sheet items. This would help to analyze after the trip. It is also easy to summarise the spending-a Power Query or Pivot table can be used for it.
